finep is a non-profit project and consulting organization on sustainable development issues. In the educational projects, they design innovative educational methods, bring together actors from different fields, open up new target groups and action spaces for global sustainability issues, and promote the effectiveness of sustainability education. They cooperate with partner organizations on a regional, national and European level. finep currently has 13 employees in the Esslingen and Berlin offices as well as remotely. Our education team currently consists of 7 people. Current focal points in finep's work include: Sustainable Agriculture, Climate Change and Water. Your core tasks will include
▪ the content-related and methodological management of the educational activities
▪ the further development of the learning concepts and educational methods
▪ maintaining and expanding the cooperation in the field of education
▪ representing finep in relevant educational networks
▪ the professional supervision of project leaders and project staff in the educational projects
▪ the design of own educational activities on changing topics of global justice and sustainability
▪ project-related PR
