The Africa Centre for Transregional Research (ACT) at the University of Freiburg is looking for a research assistant for the Maria Sibylla Merian Institute for Advanced Studies in Africa (MIASA) project at the earliest possible date.
Scope of hours: negotiable, approx. 40 hours per month.
Your tasks (among others):
- Support in the publication of MIASA Working Papers
- Support in the maintenance of the MIASA website
- Administrative support
Previous experience in the above-mentioned areas is an advantage. Very good language skills in German (at least C1 level) and English are required. The job advertisement is aimed at students of the humanities (preferably English studies) who already have a Bachelor's degree.
